One of my favorite character meals in Disney World is at Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom. Not only is the food delicious, I get to see my favorite character - Eeyore!
I used another Scrapbook Generation Sketch for this layout and cut the title with my Cricut. I love that I'm able to weld all of my letters together to create titles like this so easily.

Disney Tiana Layout with Queen & Co Papers
Today is my youngest daughter's birthday and she's turning 9! So I decided to showcase this layout that I made with the Queen & Co Magic Collection! These photos were taken when she was 4 and she got to meet Princess Tiana at Magic Kingdom. I LOVED they way they interacted so much!
Since Evie was dressed as Rapunzel I decided to use the tower paper on this layout. I used another Scrapbook Generation Sketch for the photo placement but added my own twist to the paper placement. That's why I love sketches so much, you can use as much or as little as you like to make it yours.
Happy Birthday, Evie! Wishing you magic for all the years to come!

Spirit of Aloha Disney Scrapbook Layout with Photo Play Paper
Since I had already created a layout of my family enjoying this show, I decided to highlight all of the performers in this layout.
I found this amazing Scrapbook Generation Sketch that combined a ton of full sized 4 x 6" photos with a great collage of my beautiful Photo Play Papers. I again used the Rhapsody collection for this title page, and used my Cricut to write the title on my patterned paper! With a few simple embellishments and a little washi tape this layout came together really quickly!

Disney Luau Scrapbooking with Photo Play Paper
Here's another Disney Layout that I made with the help of a Scrapbook Generation Sketch and some GORGEOUS papers from the Photo Play Paper Rhapsody Collection. If you haven't checked out Photo Play Paper yet, take a minute to visit their website HERE and check out all of their amazing collections.
I loved the colors on the Rhapsody Collection with my photos that I took of my girls at the Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show at Disney's Polynesian Resort. The food there was amazing and even though it rained the show still went on. We had a fantastic time!

Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage Layout
Today I've got another Disney Trip Layout to share! This was another one that came together really quickly with the help of a Scrapbook Generation Sketch and some Jolees Stickers.
Beauty and the Beast is my favorite Disney Princess movie so I LOVED the stage show. I took about a million pictures of it, but managed to narrow the show down to my top 8 (it was HARD). I tried to find ones to showcase the plot as much as I could. I used a pretty simple pattern for the background to really highlight my photos. I also found this tickets die cut that I had in my stash and they were a perfect accent along with the Beauty and the Beast Jolees Stickers. For the title I put the sticker onto a white piece of cardstock and fussy cut around it. Then I added a little foam adhesive under it to pop it up like the layered Beauty and the Beast Image sticker.

Hurray for Hollywood Layout
Today I'm sharing another layout from my Disney Scrapbook. I was again inspired by a Scrapbook Generation Sketch. I highly recommend their sketchbooks (and I'm not paid to say that, I'm just a HUGE fun)!
I used my Cricut to cut the circles and star and then I cut the title from permanent vinyl. The vinyl can be cut a bit easier than cardstock for a cut this delicate, and the title transferred easily with transfer tape.

Scrapbooking Disney - Hollywood Studios Layout
The first one I completed was the fun Hollywood Studios Layout! The background and banners were made with scraps I've accumulated over the course of scrapping my trip! I had so many narrow strips in the scrapheap that it was simple to put this one together. I was inspired by a Scrapbook Generation Sketch for the placement of everything. I used this fantastic title from Paper Wizard to top it all off. I wish all of my layouts came together this easy!

Just Chillin' Layout
Hello there and welcome to my blog! Today I've got a fun layout to share with you. Sadly we recently put our beloved dog, Kobe to sleep so I decided that scrapping a few photos of her with my daughter would make me feel better. These photos were taken about 4 years ago when my daughter was about 4. She was sitting on our back stoop eating a Push Pop when Kobe decided to check out what she was eating....
Needless to say, Penny gladly shared her ice cream with Kobe and made Kobe's day! I used some of my FAVORITE paper for this one, Echo Park Paper's Country Drive. I love the colors in this whole collection! I also used my Cricut and cut the "Just Chillin'" title from the Create a Critter.
Make sure you stop back again soon! I've got some more great creations to share with you!

New Pics
Wow! Have I seriously been slacking for the month of July! Well, I sort of have an excuse, I was without a video card for over a week and then we went to a family reunion in Nashville. I'm super excited because next week I'm going to CHA-Summer! I'm going to work for Kim from Cutters Creek and I will also be attending an exclusive Cricut Release party thanks to my Cricut Circle membership! I've also been working on a ton of layouts and I have a couple to share today!
Both of these layouts were made using the Scrapbook Chicks July Walk in the Park Kit. This kit is fantastic for several reasons... first, I LOVE the Echo Park papers and stickers in this kit, second I love the fun Chick Mix full of ribbons, buttons and bling that is co-ordinated to match the papers and third, the American Crafts cardstock is so nice to work with! My Cricut LOVES to cut it! If you are a two-page scrapper like me, you may want to pick up the cardstock add on for your kit. I actually used ONLY the kit for my layouts but for only $2.00 you can never have too much cardstock in your stash!

This first layout is from one of our many trips to the "Pirate Park". It's in the subdivision right across from ours and it has the most AWESOME pirate ship for the kids to play on! It is technically the toddler park making it the perfect play place for Penny (she was 2 in these photos).

I love the stickers in this kit! The alphas are adorable and I altered this label a bit. It originally said "a walk in the PARK" but I had to tweak it a bit... I also used the fun banner stickers as a border. I love all of the fun colors!

Now this layout of photos from Door County has and entirely different feel but uses the same line of papers! All of these photos came from a great little restaurant where we sat out on the patio and enjoyed the wonderful Wisconsin weather and the sounds of the lake. My food was delicious too!

I used a combination of my Cricut Make the Grade cartridge and my letter stickers from the kit for this title. I love the way it turned out! It's funny how lately I've had the feeling that no layout is complete with out a flower or at least some buttons.
Well, unless I get some photos of the fun farm layouts I've been working on lately taken today this will probably be my last post until CHA. I'm so grateful to Kim for allowing me the privilege of not only being on her fantastic Cutters Creek design team but also for inviting me to CHA!

Paper Doll Dress Up
One of my very favorite cartridges for my Cricut is the Paper Doll Dress Up cartridge! It has so many different features on it besides the obvious - dolls! It is also loaded with seasonal goodies too! Above is a layout done with the Jack O Lanterns (2 different ones) from the cartridge. I used 4 different orange papers to get the look I wanted. The font is the Storybook font, it reminded me of the pumpkin vines!

My Very Own Blog!
Wow! I turn 29 tomorrow and I am going to figure out this whole blog thing! I've never been good at keeping a diary so I think I will keep this pretty much Scrapbook and Card Making and Paper Crafts related with a random musing of my own here and there. I never actually plan for anyone to read this so if you're reading this.... cool!
A little about me: I am a sort of SAHM meaning I have a Part-Time job that I love but I only work 2 days a week so I can take care of my DD. I love to scrapbook but lately have been feeling creatively blocked. I think I am on too many Scrapbooking Yahoo boards and I am planning on slowing withdrawing from most of them. I have been participating in too many swaps... which I originally thought would inspire me and I think I need to get back to doing my own books. Plus I think my DH will KILL me if I spend much more on Scrapbooking supplies. I've really got to put to use the stuff I have... or maybe sell or swap stuff that I decided I won't use... That's for another day tho. I'm sure this blog thing will only entertain me for so long.... I will probably mostly post pictures of stuff I've made if I can figure out how to do so :)
